Get ready for your summer hols with this easy to follow Home Cardio Circuit. March in place for 3 minutes (360 steps) 60 Jumping Jacks/Side Lunges March 1 minute (120 steps) 60 Jumping Jacks/Side Lunges March 1 minute 30 Squat-Thrusts* March 1 minute 30 Squat-Thrusts March 1 minute 30 Squat-Thrusts March 1 minute 30 Squat-Thrusts March 1 minute 60 Jumping Jacks/Side Lunges March 1 minute 60 Jumping Jacks/Side Lunges March in place 2 minutes to cool down Stretch Hamstrings, Quads, calves and back once heart-rate has returned to normal. Squat-Thrusts *From standing, crouch down, place palms on floor, jump legs back into full push-up position, then jump legs back to crouch pose and stand up. Repeat.

Come ‘push’ your buggy ‘n tone’ your body! Fun outdoor exercise with baby. Starts Weds 10th Feb. Every Wednesday 9.30am. Meet at the Football Ground car park off Willen Rd, Newport Pagnell, MK16 0DF. All classes cost £2 per person. Mothers need to have had their 6 week postnatal GP check before attending. Dads welcome too! Classes last approx 1hour. You do not need to book, just turn up. All you need is a buggy and a baby. A bottle of water is useful along with waterproofs for wet weather and sun cream for warm weather.
